  • 2 referees
  • PIN/TIN certificate
  • Six months statement from other banks (where applicable)
  • 1 passport photograph of each signatory
  • Certified copy of Certificate of Registration
  • Certified Statement of Registered Particulars of the Business Name/any change thereof
  • Registered/Certified Copy of Partnership Deed
  • Valid identification documents of signatories (Passport/Drivers license/ ID Card)
  • Latest utility bill (Electricity, Water, Telephone etc)
  • 2 referees
  • PIN/TIN certificate
  • Six months statement from other banks (where applicable)
  • 1 passport photograph of each signatory
  • Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation (and/or any Change of Name)
  • Certified Memorandum and Articles of Association (and any amendments thereof)
  • Registered resolution of the Board of Directors sanctioning the opening of the account
  • Valid Personal Identification Documents of Signatories/Directors (Passport /Driver’s license/ID Card)
  • Letter requesting to open account on official Company headed paper
  • Latest utility bill (Electricity, Water, Telephone etc)
  • Certified Particulars of Directors and Secretary (Co. Form 7) or Certified Copy of the changes thereof ,or the Latest Annual Return
